Do I need my own golf clubs?

Yes, golf clubs are not included in the set. If you are buying for a golfer it's extremely likely that they will have a club suitable to be able to play and enjoy the BirdieMat sticky golf.

For best results, a lofty club such as sand wedge or pitching wedge is recommended.

How do I get the free game guide?

Yes we do! We offer both standard and express shipping.

How can I track my order?

Easy! Upon making your order you will receive a confirmation email. Then once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email containing your tracking link. Or alternatively you can track your order via the order tracking page on our website.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. From then you can expect to receive it between the time frame of the delivery method you selected at checkout. However some customers tend to receive it sooner. Please note there may be shipping delays during holiday seasons due to a significant increase in order volume.

Can I cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible we advise you to get in contact with us at info@kalmiyo.com as soon as possible after ordering.

Most cancellations can be done within 1 hour of ordering (although please note even within this time frame it may not always be possible). If this time frame has passed and your order has been processed, once you receive it you can return it to us for a refund.

Where is my order confirmation and tracking link?

After placing your order you should receive two emails. One with your order number and order confirmation. And then a following email with your tracking link (please note this may take up to 24hrs to appear in your inbox).

Your order confirmation email may occasionally end up in your junk/spam folder. If your confirmation email is not in your junk mail, you may have entered the address incorrectly at checkout.
